Teaching people to keep their health a priority is a privilege that I am grateful for daily. “I started working out 5 years ago and I’ve been personal training for a little over 2 yeas. I decided to become a personal trainer after seeing the positive impacts going to the gym had on my own life and I wanted to help other people achieve the same. I am very passionate about helping clients build the body they want. It is extremely rewarding to see them grow both physically and mentally. However, my favorite thing about being a PT is the opportunities I’ve had to establish relationships that I will forever be grateful for. “After being an athlete my whole life, I decided to make the gym my new sport once I came to GSU. Throughout my fitness journey, I have found a passion for helping others and also helping them meet their physical goals. I’ve been a trainer at 180 for about a year now and I absolutely love it here. My favorite exercises are HIIT workouts and functional training.
