SAUNA

Sauna therapy is a relaxing way to ease both the body and mind.

Saunas are highly effective way to recover from workouts. The metabolic wastes are eliminated while sweating in a sauna. The blood flow to tired and strained muscles increases through sauna, helping them to recover quickly and feel relaxed much quicker.

Our sauna is for co-ed use. Exercise clothes must be worn in sauna.

INSTRUCTIONS

1.       Heat sauna to an average temperature of 160-180 degrees F.

2.       To add humidity, pour 1 to 2 dippers of water ONLY over hot stones every 5 minutes.

3.       Do not exceed 30 minutes in the sauna, as excessive exposure can be harmful.

4.       Persons with poor health should consult their physician before using sauna.

5.       DO NOT take magazine or newspaper inside the sauna.
