Cody focuses on lifting weights in order to build lean muscle and increase overall strength. He has over 6 years of weight lifting experience and likes to ensure that clients learn how to correctly lift to prevent injuries. He strives to make sure clients’ form is as perfect as can be while lifting so that muscle groups are trained to their full potential. Currently Cody is a nutrition major at Georgia Southern and is always available for food advice and or suggestions.
