Brandon, also co-owner of 180fitness, has a BBA and MBA from Georgia Southern University.  He enjoys helping people and teaching them how to exercise and live a healthy lifestyle to last a lifetime. Having spent the last 17 years studying a variety of training philosophies, his specialty is toning and increasing muscle strength through resistance training using free-weights and body weight exercises while making it FUN! Living an active and healthy lifestyle has had a tremendous impact on Brandon’s clients and their overall well-being no matter what their limitations might be.
