Main Floor



Our main floor has over 40 pieces of plyometric, resistance, selectorized, and plate loaded equipment as well as a dedicated area for abdominals/core .  For quick warm-ups, cool downs, and members unable utilize our upstairs cardio, we also offer treadmills, bikes, rowers, and an elliptical on the main floor.  Equipment orientation and circuit training is provided free of charge to our members by appointment.
