LUNCH CRUNCH, CRAZY CARDIO, & R.I.P.P.E.D.
Our newest classes have kicked off for September to GREAT reviews! LUNCH CRUNCH is held every Tuesday & Thursday at noon, giving you 35 minutes of fast, effective workouts. CRAZY CARDIO is new to friday afternoons at 4:30….come jump start your weekend! Catch a “sneak peek” of R.I.P.P.E.D. on wednesday mornings…this class is an AWESOME addition to your current weight & cardio training. Official launch in October! Don’t forget…new 30 minute ZUMBA Express class on Thursdays at 8am and FLOW is BACK on Sundays @ 4:30pm! Join the GROUP FITNESS MADNESS!
LABOR DAY & SEPTEMBER SCHEDULE!!!
WE ARE OPEN NORMAL HOURS ON LABOR DAY! On Sunday, 9/4, we will have Attack and Pump (no RPM). On Monday, 9/5, we will have an 8:30am Step and 9:30am Pump in the morning and 4:30 Pump; 5:30 Step & RPM in the afternoon!
NEW SCHEDULE STARTS 9/6! We are NOW OFFERING 30 minute, express “LUNCH CRUNCH” classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at NOON! Get your cardio weekend workout on Fridays at 4:30pm with “CRAZY CARDIO”! We are also adding another morning Zumba (EXPRESS) class on Thursdays at 8am! And, get a sneak peak of our newest program – R.I.P.P.E.D. – on Wednesdays mornings at 8:30am. We will be kicking off the program in full swing for October!
