CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR BIGGEST LOSER!


After 12 weeks of our “Biggest Loser Contest”, the results are in!
Our WINNER is…..
JOHN BEARDEN!
John lost 49 pounds with a 16.78 percentage of weight loss! Ed Dinello came in second with 25 pounds and 9.33% loss, and third place went Tiffany Todd with 28.5 pounds and 8.14% loss!
In the “Cardio Challenge”, Julie Brown walked over the competition with 192 miles! Hwai Wong easily took home the prize for the “Group Fitness Challenge” with 72 classes!

Congratulations to our winners and all of the participants! Everyone did a tremendous job. Keep up the good work!

180’s “BIGGEST LOSER” Contest FINAL Weigh-In!


Attention all contestants in 180 Fitness’ “Biggest Loser” Contest! The FINAL weigh-in must be done by this Saturday, April 18th to qualify for the GRAND PRIZE!!!

All participants who reach their goal (Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3) will also receive a prize(s)!

The GRAND PRIZE overall winner will receive a 1 year membership to our facility! The winner is based on “percentage of weight loss”, so make sure to weigh in no matter what!!! DON’T FORGET!!! BodyStep and BodyFlow launches are also Saturday, April 25th! Bring a friend…..we are turning lives around!!!

APRIL IS LAUNCH MONTH!


Every 3 months, we “launch” the new releases of music and moves for our LesMills Programs! During the launches, we will have additional instructors on stage teaching both HIGH and LOW options. We will also have instructors available to offer help and/or suggestions with technique and form! The launches are ALWAYS fun and exciting, and friends are always welcome to try a class for FREE!
